Professor Shonku - Inventions

Some of his inventions:

Why do I like him?

Professor Shonku is a fictional character, created by Satyajit Ray. He is one of my favourites too. Professor Shonku has created unimaginable inventions, which are mostly not possible in this era of humanity. He has also discovered quite a few things, which have led him to form interesting conclusions that are etched in our minds for a long time to come.

His pets make his stories even more lively, especially Newton, the cat. He has also tried to invent a time machine, by himself, which I like, because it tells that he can have lots of interesting ideas and can work by himself.

Professor Shanku’s science fictional adventures are what I’m very fond of reading. Without them, I would’ve forgotten about him very easily. He had many adventures, in both real and fantastical places, where we can learn about historical incidents, and some great revelations connected to human civilization.

If a person like him would’ve existed today, he would’ve invented some medicine or vaccine that wiped out the coronavirus easily and saved humanity from the dreaded damage of the virus, just like the Miracurall, which was a drug that cured any ailment.
